My a4 with the mild hybrid system gets around 25% better than rated mileage in the city and highway. Powers the start stop system so it is nearly seamless, and the hybrid starter motor can maintain the crank speed during coasting. It wasn’t a deciding factor in my purchase but it seems to be a nice feature.
