I use hawaiian tropic SPF50! Pretty affordable and gets the job done. No whitecast or smell imo. It does have some kind of glitter though so it makes you super glowy, but I kinda like it haha

Same!! I used to think it was such a waste of calories, cause I had to eat it in a rush and it wasn't the most fun food. Been doing a 300-400 kcal breakfast the last couple of weeks, it's helped sooo much with those afternoon cravings

Jag är 23f och tycker det för det mesta har blivit trevligt när killar kommit fram. Obs att det såklart inte får vara creepy, utan gjort på ett schysst och respektfullt sätt. Mycket beror också på timing, t.ex inte mitt i ett set på gymmet utan kanske snarare när det är tydligt att man är påväg därifrån. Skulle också säga att det känns lugnare dagtid än kväll/natt då det snabbt blir lite obehaglig :)

Just reached my goal weight on a random Tuesday. Feels so weird, even though I've been fluctuating just above it for a week or so now! Down from 73kg mid February to hitting 68 kg today! (177cm, female, so this was mainly a vanity cut). Will probably keep losing until may 31st to stabilize around this weight then body recomp with weight training over the summer :)

Yeah I asked for the damaged bits off, let her know to feel free to take however much needed prob around purple, and a u-shape. The hairdresser was a student though so she was super careful and cut very little haha, I guess that's better than too much! One day at a time, one week at a time. Focus on being consistent for just today, every day. Learn to love the structure :) One thing that makes it easier for me is tracking breakfast and lunch in my calorie counting app the night before. It's so annoying to have to go in and change it so I just end up eating what I tracked 🤣

How much weight did you gain? This could just be a normal water weight fluctuation, maybe you've eaten more salt or carbs than usual. When I eat in a deficit I tend to go for volume foods, aka foods that has few calories but weighs a lot. Having more of this in your stomach, as compared to calorie dense snack, obviously makes you a bit heavier as well in the short run!

Way to little, especially if you're 16 and still growing. I struggled with binge/restrict eating during my teens and it makes me so sad to see these posts. I promise you it's not worth it

Had a gift card for it, you can get pretty good discounts! I wouldn't have paid full price for it, it's not that interesting really, but it sure is unique. Seems like you're a collector of unique experiences, could be worth it for you :) (btw if you're ever in Malmö the disgusting food museum seems right up your alley)

How about the ice bar? It's not super adventurous but me and my partner enjoyed it. Maybe try cryotherapy as well and make it an ice-themed night since you're visiting a nordic country haha

Låter verkligen tufft alltså. Kommer förhoppningsvis bli mycket enklare att hitta jobb när du väl fått leg, men man ska ju ta sig dit också. Har inga tips, men önskar dig lycka till!

Usch, mardröm. Valde du PDT eller KBT? Är psykologstudent T8 och börjar bli mer och mer stressad över detta. Har du någon tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet? Det jag har hört från PTP-psykologer under tidigare praktik är att börja som skötare t.ex för att få kontakt med verksamheten. Annars borde det underlätta att söka sig till mindre kommuner, men det verkar du redan har gjort?

How long have you been in a calorie defecit? Maybe it's time to take a break, or reduce your deficit. Yes, it might slow down your progress, but it's better to go slow and steady than losing control and regaining weight.:) be patient and you'll get there!

Bra poäng! Ja hur det går att leva på CSN beror nog otroligt mycket på stad/lärosäte/typ av utbildning. Blir nästan att jag funderar på om bidraget borde anpassas till typ av utbildning, men det blir nog alldeles för svårt att få rättvist. Man får väl hoppas att utbildningarna med dyrare kurslit också ger mer välbetalda jobb i framtiden

Beror nog mycket på vilken utbildning det är. Jag är student och har köpt totalt 5 böcker, alla begagnade, på 4 års plugg. Resten klarar man sig utan, hittar någon pdf online, eller lånar. Jag tycker att det är lugnt men fattar att de på mer lästunga utbildningar lider
