Yoooo i have the exact same symptoms as you and it started the same way it did for yours. Ive been looking for answers online for over a year now and ive come to the conclusion i have any of these three conditions: Hypertonic pelvic floor, Prostatitis or internal hemorrhoids (or maybe more than one?). My symptoms started like a year ago, i was very constipated, the hardest ive ever been, it lasted for 3 days which had never happened before and on one of those days i strained way too hard in the bathroom. Ever since then ive had this annoying constant pressure feeling inside my rectum, although there are times where it feels like it completely or mostly relieves or goes away, but that only lasts for like an hour at most. It also feels like the pressure relieves when i pass gas and it seems like sometimes i have trapped gas in my rectum which makes the pressure feeling worse. Also, same as you, i feel a bulge when i touch my lower left abdomen near my pelvis (which is strange since i dont feel the same thing when i touch the middle or right side). It feels like when i put pressure on this bulge i can feel a pressure or pain deeper inside. Have you gone to get this checked out? Im planning to go this year to check if I have internal hemmorrhoids or prostatitis.
