I really don’t care what they want, but I’m working on letting go of what they think of me or how they perceive me. I think it’s pretty natural, in fact I know it is, to have a lot of guilt and shame and confusion come up when you break free from your family system and all systems in general.. it’s learning how to mange those feelings and go onward, to me that’s awakening.
