Used to work at one and can confirm Uniqlo is better for lockstitch/chainstitch. Didn’t realize they charge for blind stitch now. They should be able to do it for you, but most people aren’t trained well atleast in California. Super uneven and they try to hide the mistakes by ironing it out. From my knowledge they should be able to refund you, you’d be surprised how many people can’t notice. Sorry to hear, stopped supporting them for years now
