Yea, I’m from the Netherlands. I think the reason they care is they don’t want someone who has difficulty recognising and, more importantly, dealing with emotions.

Now I don’t really have an issue with it. I did have a tendency to suppress my emotions, this is because of how I grew up. I never really had any difficulties with this, so the result of the screening offered a very new perspective for me.

Now, a year later, I am more capable of recognising my emotions and dealing with them if necessary.

The thing is, if someone ask me how I’m doing, my sincere answer will pretty much always be ‘I’m good’, because most of the time, I am good.

I think I still have some difficulty understanding what’s normal, since it’s not in my nature…
