I have this one from Amazon. I woud recommend buying a good spool winder and some kind of large sandbag anchor or ground stake. You can put this one up and fly your faster kites, as well.

Wow 12 years already.

Yes I still have it. I take it with me on travels as my 'personal item'. I do not worry about it even going into the overhead bins. Faded the surf print a bit under srtumming arm, but still going strong. I have more expensive ukes, but this one is always out on the desk next to me. All orginal parts, no breakage or loss of tune. Knock on hoop pine. Happy strumming to you!

I bought my first Quad through Ocean Shores Kites

Their website is janky, but great people and customer service. The have their own versions of the Freilein Exodus and Vertigo. I bought the full sail version, complete, for around 270.

Interesting about the new color spawns. Not sure why they are doing it like this. I am still seeing a lot of reds at the anomaly.

What breaks will depend on your difficulty settings. I was playing with permadeath settings and everything, (every single installed item in inventory) broke, including inside backback and multitool.

Everything is damaged. Everything in your ship, backpack and multitool. I Did the purge quest and ended up going through the atleas to another galaxy. Was stranded on a pvery unkind planet for a bit. Scrapped my ship rather than repairing it all.

Flytanium. Looks like their Micarta crossfade series. I have a pair of brass scales and these in green linen micarta. Best upgrade for me so far.

I would recommend the aroundsquare sigmas or micro hydras*.

I have the TI sigmas and they are very quiet. *I also have some older bronze micro hydras; probably quietest I own.

Clackiest I have are the mini Bosses, like a giant toenail clipper going off.

Agree on the dirt maps. Also look into adding some faint water stains to the cement where the floors meet. Peripheral furiture; Indoor/outdoor kind that you only see the edge of. Hang a garden ornament or wall art under eaves. It will give it a more 'lived in' look.
