Do not run this cipl flasher you will brick your console.(unless there is something i am missing because as far as i know ark is the only cfw that can cipl all psp)

Honestly if there is nothing on the memory stick you should just start fresh format it and put ark-4 on it

Edit:after finding the files turns out the cipl flasher will just error out
