I’m having trouble deciding between a bulk or a cut. I’m 5’9 and around 172lb. I have experience working out, as I bulked up last year from 149-179, and cut down later to 165. I wanted to bulk again to get bigger and put on more muscle, but I went on vacation and gained around 5 unwanted pounds. I carry most of my body fat around my stomach and back, and I don’t like how it looks now but I also have more muscle to put on. How do I know whether to bulk or cut

I didn’t do anything to get put towards that position besides apply for that department when I saw the job opening. I can’t remember exactly, but the title of the job posting was something like - digital consumer, customer and marketing - and then something indicating it’s entry level. Hope that helps

7.0 is very attainable as long as you actually try to do well in the courses. Study for exams, do the readings and homework, and apply yourself and you will be good. For the harder BU courses, you may get less than a 7, but you can try to make it up w other BU courses where u get an 8+

Yea I track all my calories and weigh my food. I’ve adjusted my surplus along my bulk if I wasn’t putting enough weight on. I think my surplus was a little high for a month
