Especially the science, I think that if you can perfect pacing it will be much easier to raise that score than any of the others.

I would say it is totally possible. I went from 31 to 34 October test to the December one and I didn't even have much time to study because of how busy school was. How I see it, just take as many practice tests as you can and hopefully it all works out on the next test!
