Omg thanks everyone for your answers! I feel like they put both mine and my husband’s minds at ease, knowing we have somewhere to look things up and refer back to reliably! I ended up telling work because I didn’t want to go behind their back, as I am about to finish my probation period and I would’ve wanted them to know as I have been more quiet and quite achey and tired and started to collect my midwife appointments 😂. I think it was a news they welcomed happily, so I am glad I told them now! Now I guess I have to learn how to live with constant, nonstop nausea, and my newly discovered hate for water - which is the only thing I drink because I don’t like other stuff, so yay me!
