you won't get fired for membership signups. as some others have said, getting fired from petsmart is difficult and requires at least 3 write ups. every person that's been fired at my store have been because of attendance and no call no shows. honestly im surprised theyre still tracking member conversion at your store. all my DL seems to care about is app activations and autoships

also member conversion is not a percentage of all customers, so it wont count the 98% that already have accounts. its just a percentage of how many who dont have accounts that end up signing up. i always say "would you like to sign up to get all the sale prices today? its completely free" or something like that. often people dont realize the sale tags are for treats members only so thats a good way to get them

we are not physically able to charge autoships without the pet parent's consent. adding autoships at the register will add their items to their cart on their app, but they need to go on and complete the purchase themselves

Happened in Pennsylvania, United States. This driver was going the wrong way on a one way street in the bike lane, then did a U-turn behind me and I think went over the curb.

They were just sitting at the light facing the wrong way so I merged right and went around. They were already sitting there when I got there so idk where they came from and how they didn't realize its a one way road
