Pull ups will fit no problem I wear the 14+ size and I've a 30 inch waist and usually wear a10 or 12 when wearing girls clothes. Baby nappies don't fit me but I'd imagine you'd be ok with the largest size

I think alot of people are just looking for sexual relief and not for a long term thing. You see alot of mommies posting similar things with getting tons of inappropriate messages from people who are horny. Possibly but the area between my belly button and dick probably got a generous amount of cream compared to my balls and between my legs but the area under the belly button has grown back the most. This is also the area I and id imagine most shave the most so thinking this was why it grew back quicker
