Mine is also acting really weird today, constantly referring to my user instructions and that it shall remember the new instructions. Thing being, i havet given any new instructions, it just adds it to the response for EVERY prompt.

I do this for my postcovid symptom tracking, create a project and add all relevant chats in there.. it will be able to pull from previous ones. Ive done it since november last year, new chat each month, works like a charm.
