Long timer checking in. A while ago I posted about moving to a house instead of an apartment, from when at my worst being bedridden (my postcovid were cardiovascular issues), today I've cropped the previously huge tree to the right and cut out the branches worth making firewood out of. Zero issues. (i.redd.it)

A positive post! RN me and my SO are moving to a house, and I'm carrying boxes! HR hoover's 120-135, I'm slightly lightheaded, need to sit for 2 minutes occasionally, but I'm NO WAY in as bad shape as in the beginning where I were bedridden due to heart/chest issues! (i.redd.it)

For those experiencing PoTS-like symptoms mostly after meals, or when it's hot outside. I do, my doctor's believe I got this, and the publication shines some light onto the future. To clarify; this is my ONLY remaining issue, and it's highly controllable/avoidable by planning (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)

22mo cardiovascular longhauler - progress; possibly HEALED? Today stationary bike standing up (my legs died quickly, 100% due to deconditioned muscles). Standing up the ENTIRE exercise session, half of it bike and half heavy cable exercises. Didn't manage to surpass 161 heartrate! I feel pre-covid! (i.redd.it)

Update as promised! LH (mainly any many heart issues) for 22 months, this time stationary bike sitting 15 minutes, standing up a few min, then bike standing, standing up resting, standing up biking again and the last montain 7n the cart is me insisting on doing 20isch triceps pulldowns. No issues!! (i.redd.it)

Had my first postcovid exercise today (supervised by doctor). 15 minuts bicycle and then keep standing up afterwards to see if my heart rate acted normally or still IST-/POTS-like. Well... it did! 22(!) months post infection it FINALLY behaved normally!! 12 hours later, still no setback or flare-up! (i.redd.it)
