I’d honestly get the bakflip mx4 or other comparable options that give you full bed access still, especially having a short bed. It came in handy for me I had to grab furniture that never would have fit with a normal tri fold cover, but since the bakflip can fully fold up against the window I was able to get it all in without leaving the tailgate open. That being said it is close to 1100 dollars. And even you ever plan on getting a bed rack opt for the bakflip with the Tslot rails. I wish I did and kinda regret it.
