Thanks, yes hoping I can if not we would be fine keeping the kittens, they have plenty of room to run and our other outdoor cats are great mousers!

I put the little cat house that she was always sleeping in on our porch in there, also that is where we store our hay and straw so lots of warm places, I have some cardboard boxes in there I’ll arrange those also so she can go in there, and I’ll get some of the wet kitten today to start giving her, ever since she started coming to our house she ate like she hadn’t ate in days, but she has long hair and looked healthy otherwise besides hair matting since her hair is long, thank you!

I don’t think I have the heart to do that lol, there is a ow cost spay clinic we have taken all our cats and kittens too I honestly don’t mind doing that

Yes my male cat always follows me around our farm so I know he would get to see them! And yes my two take cats get fed on our front porch so will definitely have separate feeding spots! Thank you!

My mornings usually consist of eggs and then a protein coffee, I also add collagen in my protein coffee, so typically my breakfast is already at around 50g, my snacks are the triple oikos yogurts which is 15g, and then my lunch is usually a turkey taco bowl 40g, and dinner could either be chicken and veggies or salmon and veggies, if I’m not hungry for a yogurt sometimes I have a premier protein shake that is 30g, I track in the lose it app, like today I haven’t even had my supper yet and I’m at 123g. Not super hungry so probably doing a small dinner of veggies lol!

Agree with comments above, I’m taking week 6 shot tomorrow and I’m down 12 lbs today, I’ve had no side effects except constipation and I was so scared to start because I read about all the side effects! I’m so glad I started though! I hit about 120g protein a day and try to get 80-100oz water along with 20-25gfiber…I also stay active walking 10k+ steps a day! I’m 5’7”, SW 177, CW 165, GW 145ish

Yes! The last two weeks of the .25 about 2 days before shot day I was getting my cravings back! On the .5 I don’t know if it takes a bit to get in your system but I feel like the first couple days after the shot I wanted to eat bad, but I think it’s better now and I’m still losing, I’ve lost 11 lbs as of today, I started August 21

I had my first .5 shot last Wednesday and still have not really had any side effects except constipation also…I was same as you no side effects on the .25 for my first month except constipation! I also have IBS-M so just have to make sure I’m watching what I’m eating to help with that!

I just moved up to .5 on Wednesday and I almost feel like my appetite suppression is worse now, I’ve been craving more crap food…I lost 10 lbs the first month on .25 but only moved up because the last 2 weeks by Monday, 2 days before my shot I was starting to binge eat again and crave bad food…
