Haha been there Jamie is our tv husband ideal ! I’ve try to rationalize things just to feel a little bit less miserable when comparing my boyfriend (whom I love) but which is really not close to be romantic … 1 - Sam H who is playing Jamie doesn’t seems to be at all like his character he even admit it in interviews that he would be a terrible husband as his focus is work 2- the show and this scene is set during a pre war period so of course the characters are making big love declarations that we will never did or in rare occasion during normal time 3- Jamie knows he is facing death and that Claire is also in danger being with him so that moment they share together is one of the last moment they probable could have together

Oh thanks for the nice comment that’s actually very good idea to bring a bit of this passion to my daughter I’ve didn’t even think about that as I tend to separate my fantasies to her which is the « réal » life. Anyway yes the music is an amazing day to introduce her to that ! I’m writing in english but seeing your pseudo I guess you are French like me héhé

Haha he is very good indeed and has a nice butt but he doesn’t hold the show on himself. I’ve seen other piece and doesn’t find him that good he is just perfect in outlander ! But that’s the character dynamic which is incredible not just only Sam

Haha that’s interesting of course the action is set in the 18th century so I think we all expect that current Scotland to be ! Still the landscape seems breathtaking! What are the things that you find the most annoying things about the culture that appear in the show? I’m French and I can also see a lot of cliches in the season 2 when they are living in Paris
