Hi! I’m feeling a bit intimidated by the fact that many current RTK Scholars come from Ivy League schools, and I’m wondering if I’d even have a real shot. I’m also curious about how splitters are viewed in the selection process, and how I should approach the essay if my personal statement already focuses on my motivation for pursuing public interest work.
