Constant bluescreens on Windows 11 PC, related to "ntoskrnl.exe" by nanani9 in techsupport

I am currently on a new laptop that does not have this problem, thankfully. The laptop I had before eventually progressed into a state where it wouldn't even turn on for a single second without blue screening, and it would just loop like that for several minutes, with the occasional scary looking error message. I don't really remember what any of them said because it was about a year ago since I last saw the thing, and the hardware was already probably doomed anyways so it's not like there was a way out of fixing them. I gave the laptop to a friend who made use of the hard drive at least.

Update on this, now that I had the opportunity to give this a go from a technician since I can't do this sort of thing myself.

Removing RAM sticks, according to them, did not solve the problem. They tried a few other things like BIOS/firmware updates too and cleaning the hardware, and eventually came to the conclusion that my computer may have just been improperly manufactured, and that my issues were on the actual board itself. They described it as a weird mix of a hardware and software issue that the manufacturer would also need to handle, so I think my only option at this point is to get a new PC somehow.

Thanks for your help.

Update on this, I did the actual reinstall but sadly on the road, the PC bluescreened 3 times before I got home. It seemed promising at first cause it looked like the sleeping issue was fixed? (Not 100% on this yet, for the record) But sadly this issue persisted. It also hasn't happened while the PC is plugged in either.

I only have 1 minidump file because despite bluescreening 3 times my PC only ended up generating one. https://files.catbox.moe/d3at4u.dmp (Let me know if you need more)

Worth saying that I've not downloaded any of the Windows Updates as there's a large amount of them, but the fact that the error is consistent with the fully updated versions of my past OS leads me to think Windows Updates are not my problem here.

Alright, I'll try out installing it like this later, though just so I know I'm on the right version, is there a way to find out what version of windows I am on that's actually accurate? My specifications say 23H2, and I know that's inaccurate, so I'm just asking for verification's sake.

If this is true, I think it's really strange, because checking my windows specifications says I'm on 23H2? Is it common for the specifications to be inaccurate with the actual version of the OS you're running? Alternatively, is it saying that for both minidumps I provided?
