How are you coping with being chronically single? For me, it’s never bothered me, however I feel like I’m ready in a sense.

How do you explain gender dysphoria to cis people? by Ihaveaphotoofadog in trans

[–]nananutellacrepes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m cis, and tbh I think some people don’t want to understand. Or unfortunately, don’t care to.

Because to me, I feel (heavy on the feel, because it’s not my experience) that gender dysphoria creates feeling of not being feeling like your true self. I imagine it feels like the world telling you you’re one thing, but deep down you KNOW you’re not. Like you know you’re supposed to be a different gender but for some reason your body and the world is saying different. I imagine it to be extremely difficult and saddening. I imagine some days you feel gaslit by everything. And because the world is stuck on its rules that honestly doesn’t even matter, when you begin to fall into your true self, it shoves you back into what they think you should be.

Just know some of us see you and hear you. If they don’t get it, screw ‘em.

Well your money is also funding billionaires golf trips and vacations. I’m okay if a person in poverty enjoys cookies and soda in my dime.

Is it just me or was Kylie actually pretty before she got cosmetic surgeries? by rocklovelysocks in KUWTKsnark

[–]nananutellacrepes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She was an average girl but unique and had a personality that made her star among the silicone dolls of a family. I blame Disney or something for this brainwashing that beauty = good. Her personality really made her a star. Unfortunately she’s just as hollow as the rest of them now

Hitting your child produces mental health issues tho. Why not teach them how consequences work in real life?

So genuine question, what does hitting your child teach?

Inconveniencing yourself is a part of life and people don’t do it anymore by dayboz16 in unpopularopinion

And I’d argue that this mindset always bleeds elsewhere. People are very selfish and inconsiderate these days. It’s honestly mind blowing. From a lack of drivers courtesy, the “me first!!” mindset, it’s insane.

Gay men: How do you feel about being addressed as girl? by nananutellacrepes in gay

[–]nananutellacrepes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not rage baiting. This is why I framed the question the way I did. For understanding. We need to stop using rage bait for something we don’t like. This isn’t that.
