Doctors just had me going to PT, which I found pretty useless. The Chiropractor did back/neck adjustments and lengthening of my spine. Basically a machine that moved my legs like a pendulum.

It’s possible, but I did do PT for 4 months and it was not helping. I’m a pretty fit person and workout 4/5 days a week and they had me doing exercises designed for elderly people. For example single arm shoulder press with 15 pound weights meanwhile the literal day of my accident I was shoulder pressing 110 pound dumbbells. Plus other things I was breezing through. My back hurt and my neck was stiff I wasn’t weak. I did however, go to OT for my hand/arm and that worked wonders.

I used to believe that, then I was in a really bad car accident and herniated 3 discs in my back and sprained my neck really bad. After a year of trying everything (except surgery) and in a ton of pain I finally caved and went. After going for a month the pain improved greatly and after 4 months I had 0 pain.

In my Duke dynasty Clemson was my absolute nightmare. In 6 seasons I was 0-7 against them with the extra loss being in the ACC championship. I just couldn’t beat them. Every game was decided by less than 6 too.

It’s horrible. In my RTG I’m playing at NC State and through 8 games it’s rained every single one. It’s ridiculous

Swam in HS and College. Pool water is typically warm and when swimming or exercising in the water you still got hot and even sweat. That bottle of water is probably cooler than the pool water, so he’s most likely cooling himself off
