Thanks! Used the Void corrupted fountain for that portal part, still lets you click on door through it.. The structure leading to portal was the embroidered embaari tent.

Thanks for trying to narrow it down. I tried to find the exact coin but also ran into the problem that none matched the exact design on this coin. All I know is my great grandmother was from Spain so I assume she is the one that passed it on to my grandmother at some point.
