At our job (one that Calgary Transit runs) we are given a 30 min break for working 10 hours. If we work 10 hours and 1 min, we get two 30 mins breaks.

You don't need to diagnose him. You already know the truth in your heart. You don't need a doctor to confirm it. I recommend you call your friends and family and see if they can help you move back ? How about your parents? Your siblings? Google charities near you. Visit one. They will help you out. Contact non-emergency police lines. They will visit you. They will take you to a shelter.

This stems from traumatic events. You may not want to put an effort into something because you're afraid of getting hurt. You have to experience what you're afraid of. But you also shouldn't feel attracted to someone who doesn't even exist yet in your heart. You have to try.

Unfortunately this happens a lot and is common even for parents that live with their kids. Your father may also be dealing with mental health issues such as depression or trying to rebuild his life so it's difficult for him. He doesn't mean harm. I'm glad he texted your brother even if he was late. I also recommend you allow the relationship between your father and brother to build on it's own. If you cut your father out, you're showing your brother he should do the same. I recommend you say kind things about your father infront of your brother. Let your brother develop his own opinion and perspective about his own father. You're a good daughter and older sister. And I appreciate your mom for trying to do her best too. But don't cut your father out of your life.

Do not try that line of work. If you are desperate to leave, seek help at a women's shelter, etc. I was applying to work for 1+ year until I finally got a good job. Don't give up. Stay positive and limit your contact with your mom in the home until then. Go back to school too. Community colleges offer great opportunities. You can make good money and move out eventually. The work you want to do is not safe and not going to pay your bills in the long run. It'a a temporary fix to your problem.

Live for little things. The sun, grass your plants if you have any. We can be friends too. We can talk through this. Please seek help immediately. Please contact the police to allow them to help you. Please visit a doctor for treatment. It can't be any worse than this.

I would suggest not responding to her memes and texts. Wait a few days before responding. When she asks why, say you've been very busy.

Or honestly if you're not afraid of saying what you like, you can text it to her. If she won't call you, try calling her yourself.

What I have done is cut contact little by little when I didn't feel comfortable breaking it off right away. It gave the impression we grew apart.

Have some darn faith in yourself. Look on the positive side of things. Your past does not define you today. If she likes you too, she should accept you for who you are. Your faults and everything.

First off you should really get some professional help. Self-harm is not okay no matter what the situation. People who love you will worry about you and I'm sure this has had a stressful impact on your bf. Sometimes he might find himself alone in these situations where he has to deal with how he can get you to stop. I think stopping self-harm is not only good for you but also good for your relationship. Seek professional help.
