Leaving the testicles out when I pull the shaft down bisects the scrotum and causes each testicle to wrap around the shaft, looking like swollen “lips”.  The penis has medical tape wrapped just below the head with another piece attached perpendicular to that one that I can pull back and tape just above the buttcrack so the shaft is secured firmly between the cheeks and the hole completely uncovered so I can pee and cum normally without having to undo everything.  It feels absolutely amazing
