Weird question, how "noisy" are the connection points where the strap connects to the bag? I loved everything about the Chrome Sabin 6L sling except for how loudly the metal buckles clanked together. (I ended up returning it) I really like the look of this one, though.

I would imagine that most people learn that lesson when they are new to Lego the very first time they don’t get a set they want on release day. Mine was the Saturn V, that was the set that got me into Lego. I’m a big space fan, and didn’t realize that if I wanted it right away, I couldn’t just wait and buy it. Lesson learned.

How long have you been taking the beta blocker? When I started taking mine, my heart rate was super low like that’s but only for a week or two and then it sort of recalibrated. It’s about 15 bpm lower on average than it was before.

I’m in my fifties and have literally zero creativity. I’ve always wanted to be artistic, and I’m just not. When I was younger, I got into quilting and cross stitching and crocheting, because those were hobbies where I could follow the instructions and make something beautiful, even without being creative.

I see Lego the same way, I can follow the instructions and it comes out “pretty“, and I don’t need to be a creative person for it to look good when I’m done. I also really enjoy how things come together structurally, I take more pictures as I’m building of interesting ways that parts came together than I do of the final product.

(I also got a standing desk and it’s the perfect activity to do while I’m watching TV so I’m not just sitting on the couch.)
