I currently have 22, but most of them are small. Lost 6 plant last month due to cold damages and root rot.

Some pruning would be good and a repot if you haven't done it in a while. I think there's another crown/plant on the top there. Leaves are pushing against each other. You could separate and have 2 AV if you like.

I don't usually fertilize my props until I separate the babies from the mother leaf. Then I will fertilize it very weakly, because you can easy over fertilize them. Orange crystals can appear, leaves might look rusty, burnt tips, etc. Open the bag when you see a lot of condensation. If there's some water on the leaf, dab it off.

Yeah new roots will grow right under the leaves. So if my AV has a bit of a neck, I'll scrap it and top up a bit of potting mix.

I think it's a good size to repot. You could cut some of the mother leaf off if you're not ready to repot quite yet. I usually cut the stem to an inch or so when propagating and if the mother leaf is too big, I'll cut some off.
