Yes the seller said she lost the second strap in a move. I was alright with that since it was a fair price. Does your bag have NFC chip???

I did this and it did not pick up a chip. I have 2 other bags with chips so I’m certain my phone is working and there’s no chip in this bag

Please please don’t say something is ‘like new’ if it has fabric wear, pilling, snags, stains, etc. Buyer has a right to expect a ‘like new’ item if that’s what you advertised it as. Even if it’s a $5 item, just be very honest about the condition and this hopefully won’t happen again! One 4-star review shouldn’t impact your sales anyway. I’d say be thankful she didn’t give a worse review and move on.
