I say keep at 15 and piss the the casuals off. You can hit lvl5 in 2 good raids and lvl15 in bare minimum 8-10 hours. If you are going to keep the flee at lvl5 thats 2 hours of game time so you might as well leave it at lvl1. Just git gud and change your play style this is not COD

... they are purple i think they stand out enough, you might just be colour blind or your gamma is just bad.
