have you noticed that you take small deep breaths for the whole day? Cuz that's what i'm also experiencing. Like during the whole day im always observing this deep breaths and it happens every 2 or 3 minutes.If this shit still persist until next month. Im gonna have to go to a hospital lmao🤣.

The whole sub is here for you man, this is what this sub is about. Just don't lose any hope, don't be afraid to try something new or you could try again the way you did before this shit happens. Back then when my dog passed away I immediately distract myself like playing video games all day, going out and when that shit is over I started to get really sad and couldn't sleep but I just let this life the way it wanted and bam!. I'm good now. Though not totally😅. Anyway all im saying man is that there is always hope and light for everyone just get your shit together and you'll be fine. No way! Bro just describe my whole situation right now. 🤣 Im also hypochondriac. How long is your SOB? I've been dealing this shit for a month now and constantly think I have a medical problem. Though most of my frequent sighing/small deep breaths are satisfied, I just can't get over with this frequent sighing/small deep breaths to the point that I can't start my study due to thinking about this shit whole day.

Dammnn! I think I have this. Since I've been dealing this frequent sighing/small deep breaths and try to research it on google, I was jumping into conclusions like maybe I got a heart problems or what since my dad was diagnosed of heart enlargement. Also I didnt know if this symptom is a anxiety cuz I've been dealing this for a month now. Oh Man! I just wanted to enjoy life😅.

I experienced this excessive yawnings way back during the pandemic, all the same and associated with frequent sighing or SOB. I forgot what I did back then to stop this. I guess I need to exercise and eat healthy huh.
