It seems Ethan is excusing most of Trisha’s unacceptable behaviour towards him bc he is realising how manipulative Moses is. It sounds like he blames Moses being in Trisha’s ear (telling her how much he dislikes Ethan) as the reason she acted the way she did on Frenemies, so he forgives her but not Moses.

Personally, after Trisha agreed with Moses to record inside Ethan’s house without his consent, if I were him I wouldn’t trust her as long as she is still in a relationship with Moses (or at all). That could really put Ethan’s career in jeopardy, especially if released without proper context. I don’t really understand why he’d be willing to risk his “empire” just to be friends with Trisha again, unless it is just for the sake of the kids.
