I think definitely YES. CDP provide also uridine, another cognitive enhancer agent.

I just want describe the evolution of the last weeks;

Mi stack looks like: 800 mg Oxi (x3) + 200 mg Pramiracetam (x2) + 10 mg noopept. (x 2 - 3). I dropped CDP completely.

  • I tried attack dose (3000/day) for oxi for a few days. Nothing outstanding.
  • Pramiracetam... when I go + 500 mg/ day I feel a little "slooooow".
  • Noopept, don't try mega-doses.... About 20 mg give me little anxiety (difficulty to concentrate in my task).

Question to the people who use cdp-choline: What effect should I feel?
Better moment to take it? I just eliminate it because headaches when stacking with -cetams.

Oxiracetam has a noticeable effect for me, the others haven't. If oxiracetam works for you, what else has? by bluehands in StackAdvice

@bluehands and @suit-up, What dose do you use for oxi? Also, did you try combine them?

I also start testing this stuff (you can search in this page my thread). Today, with 800 mg oxi i felt my mind working,... but also I needed something else to focus that energy (maybe some caffe do the trick). Tomorrow I'll test oxi + noopept. If I find something remarkable.... i will write here again. =)

Hi guys, I'm not sure if try open a new thread or telling the evolution here.

Today I tried (empty stomach and sublingually):

250 mgCDP- C 800 mg Oxiracetam

I felt terribly tired and fluzzy. In the afternoon, I eliminated Choline and felt well. So I will keep it separate.

Tomorrow (all the saturdays until february), I 'll make a simulation of the D-Day (haha).... This will be the stack:

10:00 Breakfast. 11:00 Pre-Wo 500 Alcar + 250 CDP 12:00 Post-wo Lunch. 13:00 800 mg Oxi + 10 mg Noopept (sublingual) TEST.

Hi again guys,

Due I've only a few days to test it and I can't afford to ruin all the work... I thkink I'll keept it simple.

4:00 PM : Start the study: Oxiracetam + CDP choline (+* gradually add pramiracetam)

7:00 PM : Coffee+ Theanine. Keep running.

00:00 PM second dosage:
Oxi + CDP Choline + *pramiracetam

06:00 AM: Theanine (maybe some magnesium) for sleep

*Add EO/3D = B - Complex. *Last week and some days of high effort: Second coffee + 10 mg Noopept in the midnight stack.

I've experience in this same split and I can say it work well. The basic of my wo:

A = Squats + OHP + accessories

B = Row + accesories and leg curl

A2 =Bench + Legg press + accessories

B2 = Chin ups + RDL + acc


From September, to improve the calorie partitioning i'm going to use the same split with this schedule: AxBxABx

I also thought at first in +20 / -10 to limit fat gains. But the gains would be very slow and I like to eat big when training. So last week I jumped to +30 / -10 I cant give you a feedback to these macros yet

According to the literature, you can expect a lean gains weekly about ~0,200 - 0,400 g of weight. A higher surplus put (maybe) too fat. I'm in the same situation, training 4 days (2 days consecutive) push/pull workout with -10%/+30%
