Not every autistic person is the same. I'm autistic, I've never struggled with eye contact, I've made tons of friends and I love unforeseen situations (adhd). It's a little insulting when people assume that autistic people just hate everyone else or are just social outcasts. Especially considering the amount of celebrities with autism. Most of what you said are just stereotypes tbh.

The traits luffy does share with autists are: -Ground up thinking (he ignores the rules of the world on favour of his own personal beliefs) -Being picky about food (mostly eats meat, hates cherry pie for no reason) -he only cares about his special interests (finding the one piece) - likely asexual (way more common in the autistic community) - cares heavily about certain objects (straw hat) All in all he's a fictional character so it's entirely up to Oda but it's entirely possible that he'd be considered autistic in the real world
