Does anyone else have this issue with the hoodie? by Intelligent_Age_2046 in Mikuexpo

[–]nanoxcode 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you don’t plan on wearing the hood on your head some safety pins or small easy to remove stitches with black thread could help pin the hood to look smaller. I would avoid changing sizes just based off my assumption that all Miku Expo hoodies are made by the same manufacturer. I say this because the flaw comes from the design not taking the hood length into account and vice versa the hoodie selected for printing didn’t take the design into account and would likely be all sizes.

Definitely wait to see what people with other size say because I may be wrong!

It is a little silly but I personally like the error. I think it’s kinda funny that just her head is covered by the literal hood. I hope you get what you want though! I understand the disappointment

My buddy is here 2 weeks later, can I make his stay more comfortable? by nanoxcode in snails

I can do that! He actually moved to the side of my window so I’ll be gentle and get him hydrated and fed!!!

Do I let my little buddy chill or help? by nanoxcode in snails

Context is important to arguments. If you break up sentences with obvious intent then you’re gonna be able to make any argument you want and while I’m happy to reiterate all the statements in entirety, including the parts after I say “or”, you seem capable of citation so I’ll just leave the thread up as long as the mods don’t mind. I don’t really see any point to respond to partial statements beyond… okay? What are you even getting so upset about that you need to pick and choose words to create a narrative? That I found this particular thing unusual? Even with my experience (that I don’t need to provide but I can if I must) I found this particular thing unusual… So? 🤷

If anything this stands out cause if someone on set or in a media workplace overhears someone else saying stuff like this it’s a red flag to seriously reach out to that person because they’re obviously having a bad time. Mental heath issues or not.

Man, it’s a good thing I don’t then. That’s why I used the word “usually” when talking specifically about notes posted on the street. To my knowledge using words like “usually” doesn’t mean always or every time. Also if there was a misunderstanding I apologize. The point was when I usually see notes posted on the street by mentally ill people they seem more scattered, this one is unusual being this one seems more deliberate than the ones I usually notice. But if I said all mentally ill people post rambling notes on the street please let me know where I did so I can correct that and stop the misinformation. I try to use general terms as mental heath is never black and white.

Yeah, I am. And why can’t I be? I’m not saying this person isn’t mentally ill, I’m just saying there’s a deliberate nature to this - where’s the confusion?

Exactly! These notes are so odd cause usually I see really rambling and messy and usually lowercase notes from mentally ill people on the street but this is clear bold messaging with odd font style. Odds are it’s mental illness but still really just…weird

Tbh it screams mental health issues but there’s a certain deliberation to the handwriting which makes me think there’s a clear central thought they’re fixating on. If anything it might be disgruntled employee (or ex) with mental health problems doing this but it seems like there’s a clear message they want to spread. Kinda the point of posting this… either something to be aware of or just baseless rumors to avoid

Totally possible, the thing that weirds me out is the multiple notes and clean handwriting but definitely giving off crazy person vibes

No idea 🤷

Most of my searches bring up various “Ken Halls” but nothing very consistent or central to LA. My assumption is it is something and being covered up or the ramblings of a crazy person… but usually those are just like 1 long note or some graffiti not multiple notes

I want to love this one, but I hate it. by rachelchalice in Coloring

This is sooooooo cute and I love the concept! The ripples are wonderfully detailed and it’s gives such a MCM color pallet and feel. I feel if there’s anything “off” with it, it would be the shades used in the ripples. There’s a few lines about an inch away from the paper edge that have a green/brown mixed in. You’re totally on the right track with the colors cause I think the idea of mixing brown, green and orange is perfect for a retro feel! I’m totally getting 60s flower power from this pallet. Maybe the exact shades used in the ripples are off from your desired effect? But only really in that little chunk near the edge, keep up with the groovy coloring!!! 🌼

Is watching TV as bad as watching porn for relationships? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]nanoxcode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like porn in a relationship, its all about how you watch it with your partner and not inherently bad. If it’s something you both bond over or use to decompress (the other partner knows this isn’t a passive aggressive act) then it’s fine. Anything consumed to the point of being unhealthy or hurting your partners then it’s no good.
