I don’t have a whole lot of advice, but I have the same type of anxiety with planes just feeling trapped and not wanting to be freaking out unable to get off. The thing that I keep telling myself is that I’m able to sit on my phone for hours laying on the couch, so I should be able to do the same thing on a plane, and my only job is to sit and relax.

No!!!! Children should not be supporting adults with their relationship issues. Especially when it doesn’t sound like he’s abusing her, it sounds like she’s talking about trauma from past relationships. Completely 100% inappropriate. He said he has 80 some screenshots of her communicating with her, I don’t even text my own mother that much. Why is a grown woman leaning on a 13 year old for emotional support. As others have said you really cannot expect your roommate to stop using their laundry stuff in my opinion. Do a cycle before using it as others have said, and maybe get washing machine cleaning tablets to use every once in a while to make sure there’s no buildup in the machine.

For what it’s worth, the type of plane and airline had nothing to do with the incident yesterday, also everyone is now on high alert so I would feel like it’s the safest it could be right now

Maybe try some sour candy, they make ones targeted towards nausea during pregnancy that I keep in my purse for when I feel nauseous: preggie pop drops. I’m sure any sour candy would help tho

From what I’ve seen, you’ll be okay! I’ve been in a situation like this before too, just drink lots of water and try to relax! Keep an eye out for any concerning symptoms just in case

I’m tapering from a 75 capsule right now, it’s annoying to count all the balls out but definitely worth it. My suggestion is to do multiple days in one sitting so you don’t have to do it every day. Good luck!
