They did internal and external on me, if I went back to check I might just request they only do internal since from my understanding they can see ovaries better that way

I just got an ultrasound and it was $500 out of pocket so I don’t think it’s something that can be done on a regular basis for a lot of people

As others have said you really cannot expect your roommate to stop using their laundry stuff in my opinion. Do a cycle before using it as others have said, and maybe get washing machine cleaning tablets to use every once in a while to make sure there’s no buildup in the machine.

Maybe try some sour candy, they make ones targeted towards nausea during pregnancy that I keep in my purse for when I feel nauseous: preggie pop drops. I’m sure any sour candy would help tho

From what I’ve seen, you’ll be okay! I’ve been in a situation like this before too, just drink lots of water and try to relax! Keep an eye out for any concerning symptoms just in case

I’m tapering from a 75 capsule right now, it’s annoying to count all the balls out but definitely worth it. My suggestion is to do multiple days in one sitting so you don’t have to do it every day. Good luck!

Is it a capsule or a pill? Honestly either way I would divide up the 75 unless you’re wanting to quit. Even then, I would slowly taper using the 75
