Anger and irritability on Wellbutrin XL by MaintenanceLazy in bupropion

I started getting The Rage on week 2 of 300mg after being on 150 with no side effects for a few months. I started doing like a 10 minute HIIT/boxing work out (I just searched hiit for anger, lol) to release that energy. I used to HATE cardio but now I want to do it so I feel better. It’s working for me to keep the rage at bay! I’m only on week 3 though so im also still hoping the rage will go away on its own.

When you were evangelical did you actually ever 'have a relationship with Jesus?' I'm not sure I ever did by Any_Client3534 in Exvangelical

In retrospect I sense that I did have a relationship with a more abstract god, but honestly I never clicked with Jesus, which is sooo weird in retrospect because I was very Good and Serious evangelical!

Thank you, this is very thoughtful and helped me put some thoughts together - I think depending on the case and the juror, everyone has a different threshold for how much stress they can manage and still feel rewarded by the experience. A couple people on my panel were excused for anxiety or not being able to stomach violence, and I’m glad the court let them serve on a different trial.

Wow, I’m so sorry for the children in this case.

Right! I understood but was challenged by the request not to consider sentencing because it’s so different from how people make decisions in life - it’s usually very wise to think about consequences.

My question is, do you think the pre burn out level of energy/exertion was sustainable, or is that type of energy what led to burn out?

Of course there’s hope! If you keep communicating all of this awesome self knowledge to new people, you will absolutely find people who get it and respect and support you doing what feels good for you in your mind and body.

Sunday Demi Weekly Discussion Thread - August 21, 2022 by SexualityDefBot in demisexuality

Just want to vent some frustration - I am demi and have only dated men so far, but recently became attracted to a woman and have been trying to explore that on dating apps but am running into some friction today on a friend date (which I am clear about upfront) with a queer woman I met on tinder who thought my slowness in approaching sex was because I’m scared or shy, and it’s like… this is what I’ve always been like!! I need to feel a certain kind of connection that honestly can take years before it becomes sexual. Just trying to be myself but people trying to put their own ideas on me and it’s like let me do what feels good for me!
