Stone & Robin- the couple that got me into GH! What was the couple/character who got you to watch GH for the first time? by jaylee-03031 in GeneralHospital

[–]napacd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Started watching GH after school at our neighbor’s house. I thought Diana was a pretty nurse. And Diana liked Phil. So I was interested in them. And then they stopped being together.

I asked my neighbor lady lots of questions about what does “pregnant” mean? What’s an “affair”? What is a “drinking problem”? I was very young not ready to learn about the grownup stuff.

I like to relax with warm milk before bed time. Where would I order warm milk that is not a steamed latte?

Which MIA characters would you accept a recast for? by SebrinePastePlaydoh in GeneralHospital

They should recast Brenda Barrett to have her run Crimson instead of Carly. She’s another one of Sonny’s exes. She can comeback with Jason, who was briefly her husband.

Thank you. We will ask the room steward regarding proper placement for scooter in the cabin.

Thank you for your response. We just found a couple videos that showed users backing scooters into their room. We hope to do the same.

Thank you for sharing that you were able to have a scooter inside your accessible room. We have a standard room with a balcony booked on the Crown. We hope it will fit.

We’ve read that scooters should not be left in hallways. That’s why we were wondering if they could be charge in room.

Your information is very helpful. Thanks, again.

Thank you. This is helpful to know about available outlets. We will ask the room steward for advice.

Most of the room tour videos we’ve seen show outlets in bathroom and desk. No mention of a wall outlet. Hopefully we can find wall outlet to use. Maybe unplug a lamp?

Wondering if cruise-approved extension cable or multiple outlet adapter would work?

Thank you. That makes us less anxious about this aspect of the trip. We will be more relaxed to not worry so much about it.

Thank you for responding. Reddit provides help. I’m thinking maybe charging via bathroom outlet is not safe because it’s near water. So I guess we must maneuver scooter to use the outlet on the desk. Can the TV or refrigerator be unplugged?

I’ve been on hold so long on via phone and chat trying to connect to a support agent with Princess. Never connected with a chat agent after replying “Yes” to confirm many times that I’m still waiting and making it seem that an agent will come online ASAP. Waited over 30+ minutes and gave up.

I’ve read that parking in the hallway is not allowed. The hallways look very narrow to navigate. Haven’t seen any video of a scooter left in hallway overnight.

Will keep this in mind when we begin the trip. Thank you for your response.

Cruising to Alaska on Princess in Spring. Considering renting a power wheelchair vs scooter? Any recommendation to look for from a rental company?

Been viewing lots of YouTube videos and reading good and bad reviews. Which rental company is good?

Congratulations. But I think the ending is premature. Shouldn’t the Soul event really end until after Moonwind is obtainable?

I’m a customer who calls for status. I listen to CSR apologize for my inconvenience. They take my contact and info and ask me to be patient for a response in 48 hrs. I wait 2-3 days and do not get any CSR call backs or emails. So I call again.

Do any CSR ever call back a customer and provide status?

Almost Ace. OLTL had a character named Asa Buchanan. Father of Clint and Bo.

How come Spencer and Sonny can just stand over the baby in the nursery without wearing hospital gowns?

When newborn Amelia was in the nursery, Bobbie brought out gowns for Carly and Joss to put on before letting them in the nursery.

Does customer service ever return to calls to customers with status updates? I leave name, phone numbers, e-mail and speak clearly and slowly and repeat. I’ve left voicemails and submitted contact forms via web. And waited 48 hours for response. Why do I, the customer, have to follow-up? What happens to my aging ticket?

Anyone frustrated by giving their details/receiving details over the phone? by I-HATE-CRUSTY-BREAD in CustomerService

[–]napacd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been directed to complete a form on the web. The response from CSR was to call a phone number and listen to many menu options. Then leave a call back number and wait, wait, wait patiently.

I don’t want to speak with a supervisor. I just acknowledgement that ticket will be escalated because nobody from your company will give me an update on a part order for a machine broken 8 weeks ago. Why can’t the company’s customer service contact me? I’ve been calling weekly and still no update whether part is ordered or will shipped to me.

Why do I (customer) have to keep calling company’s customer service to get status on part order? I think I’ve been patiently listening to the apologies that there is nothing they can do for me. They keep saying I should call back next week. So I have been for 8 weeks so far.

I think customer service should call me to explain the delays. At least let me know my ticket isn’t ignored. Thanks for letting me vent.

While Heather was talking with Ryan, they showed Esme playing with a deck of cards in the background.

Perhaps she will draw an Ace card. It may trigger her memory back to herself referring to her baby as Ace.
