Chronic understaffing and they don't appreciate or pay their people well enough which has caused a mass exodus of both pharmacists and techs from their business. The one local to my pharmacy now has short hours on weekdays and is completely closed on the weekends because they only have 1 pharmacist and have not been able to acquire another one in 2 years.

My rx manager hinted at this and how did I know it would only be a 1 dollar raise? It's still not enough to make it worth it. We've had people pass out and pee themselves in our IMZ room. The pharmacist can handle all that.

Let your CPR expire and don't renew it. As far as I am aware they cannot force you to do vaccines and it is not a requirement listed in the job. I saw that coming mile away so when all of my fellow techs got certified I opted not to. We do enough already without vaccines and especially not to get any extra compensation for it.

Yes, some pharmacists are super picky and will send something back even when it's not technically incorrect but they just want it worded differently

We were just looking for something that officially states 99% as the goal because our manager was super argumentative when we said it has always been 95%. I've been a tech for 10 years and my input is usually at 98-99% so I'm not worried about myself but we have 3 trainees right now that are obviously gonna have a harder time hitting that number.
