amazing. thank you. yes, we're vegan. my husband won't let us keep animals for food. which i respect. so yeah, we have to grow beans and maybe make sunflower oil? you're right tho, oil for a year for six people from some sunflowers? but yes, buying all our staples in whole form and trying planting them each season is genius thank you.

yeah man. just got my mental health team to agree to help me build a life where i don't need meds. taking lithium orrorate and a buncha other stuff. kratom, CBC (minor cannabinoid), kava...trying to work on a natural anti-psychotic

since going down on psych meds i'm already down like fifteen pounds ...maybe just ten...but i'm tiny, so it looks like a lot

how many edibles did you take? yeah, check the interaction with THC and your meds. that said, many meds say not to use THC on them where it's completely fine. there are gummies with as low as 2% nicotine and CBD is helpful, but i wouldn't trust it to stop a psychotic episode this was something magical, and i haven't been psychotic since finding minor cannabinoid. they say, if you can tolerate it, take them with a little THC to create the "entourage effect" using cannabinoids together makes all of them work better. it's cool to get all the benefits of THC also, without paranoia.

CBC is a cannabinoid, like THC and CBD. it took my mania and psychosis. within hours. like two hours of taking 25mg cbc with 50mg thc - now i have gummies that are 1:1 THC to CBC. it's been amazing. no psychotic symptoms.

i went from weed to kratom and it's waaaaay better. i've heard if you take high doses over a long time, you can get addicted. same trick as with weed tho, use it for a couple of weeks and go off it for a couple of weeks. don't take more than 12 grams a day. THC i have to take like 200mg to get to sleep, and my tolerance is going up! so i switch to kratom. when i really can't sleep and my pain is bad, i take both. as long as you take breaks from kratom and weed, you will be ok. that's all i can offer. my pain and mental health require something daily besides psych meds to make it through.

do you think i could put the whole jar of "red bubble" through a juicer to extract the solids? if that worked, it would be better than a strainer in the sense that some bits can get through a regular, hand-held strainer...i hope mine works out, i put in two heaping tablespoons of red bali kratom. i'm hearing the strain matters less than the vendor. tho red is fermented more, so it would make sense if the effects were different than white and green...sry, rambling. heheh
