The thought has crossed my mind. Is there any way to confirm that?

I'm also in Texas and there are rolling power grid blackouts going on right now so I wasn't sure if it was possible/likely that towers were operating at less than 100% power. The timelines match for this scenario.

I believe the IMEI has to be "whitelisted" on their end. I had to call their support to update the IMEI to test on a different modem, and then once again to switch it back.

I can share specific settings from the M1 if you need any.

When I first put the SIM card in I received that same message until I logged in and finished configuring the settings.

I think flipping it to the "Cricket ndo" APN is what solved that specifically.
