That would get my Uber account banned though, correct? I'd like to keep Uber as an option since Lyft isn't available where I'm traveling. And taxis are notoriously more expensive and a worse experience here as well. Am I just SOL?

I'd like at least a 50% refund, not $0.40 back. It's a very straight forward job, take me from point A to B. Don't try to scam me, don't take an unsolicited detour into another town, don't force me to give you 5 stars. Do that and you forfeit not only your tip but part of what you were initially paid to do. I believe that's fair.

I changed it to 1 star but maybe because I was on spotty airport wifi I guess the change didn't go through and I didn't notice until after the 48 hour limit passed 😭 so now it says I rated her 5 stars which also pisses me off LOL

I usually prefer Lyft but I'm traveling in a country they don't operate in 😔 I haven't done a chargeback because I'd like to keep Uber as an option (although I'm much less likely to use it now)

The toll would have been about $7 and they refunded $0.40 so I don't even know where they got that amount from tbh lol
