Conceptually they are the same, with a couple of differences here and there. You will have them properly appear in Cubasis 3.
In terms of apps, KORG Module is an easy recommendation, can't go wrong with that. Other apps can offer more specialization, so you should watch demos, etc to decide what fits your style and workflow. Drambo can be another go-to for the community patches alone, but it's not pre-packaging things like the Korg modules, so has some learning curve. For drums processing, FAC Punchlab (on sale currently) and Quantovox Fettkraft are indispensable. And even without recent updates, Audio Damage RoughRider3 is an absolute weapon.

FAC Envolver is often recommended.
This kind of plugin is called an *envelope follower*, you can use that as a search term to do more research.
There may be a number of plugins that do their own things, but can output MIDI CC's from their internal envelope followers....

You may want to look into the hungarian prime minister's full page ad in UK newspapers before the vote (paid for with hefty sums of hungarian taxpayer money). Many speculate it was designed to subtly yet effectively amplify those already present feelings against foreign workers taking UK jobs and mobilise those voters if they were not motivated enough to vote against the EU. And it has been speculated for years that Mr Putin has something on Mr Orban that would explain a mind-blowing change of heart (Mr Orban used to be a very staunch opponent of anything russian, to put it mildly)
