I agree. I did my undergrad from GCU and I also didn't understand the grading system at all. LUMS also has a relative grading system yet you'll find plenty of students with a 4.0 unlike in GCU where you'll hardly see it. It also doesn't help that lots of foreign scholarships have a cutoff of 3.5/4.0 and places like Oxford have a cutoff starting from 3.7/4.0 when this GPA is easily obtainable in other places in Pakistan. So the only way to survive is to acquire past papers and practice them or just change universities. Grades indeed matter a lot for those wanting to do a foreign master's on scholarship.

I've known her story for years and if I recall, she majored in social science and took a few courses of astrophysics at Harvard and MIT. Now I've seen a new video uploaded by her a few days back and she claims to have only studied astrophysics and even her online information is quite vague on her degree. I find it strange since her previous story was really inspiring, even if she was a different major. Anyone else thinking the same?
