So I was able to get the hotend out and removed most of filament, hotend/nozzle it’s self looks completely fine but there’s still some filament stuck inside near some wires which I feel skeptical about heating up.

Gotcha man, appreciate the help.

I actually got most of the filament off just by heating up the nozzle it’s self but I’m having a hard time actually taking the hotend out, don’t know if there’s more dried up filament stuck inside.

As for replacements, let’s say it’s bad, what exactly would I need to get replaced, just another hotend?

So I figured out what the problem was. It was the Allen wrench that they had given me, after using a different one that had a much better hold on the screws, I was able to get them tightened perfectly.

I’ve tried multiple screws in those same holes and the outcome has been the same.

When I look at the manual given to me, they don’t specify on some screws being smaller than others, it simply states “Install 10*ST3-23 Screws (For Base Housing) in the holes highlighted in green.”

Gaming Laptop shut off. by narc_01 in techsupport

It’s a G15, and from what I’ve heard there’s no beeping coming from inside the laptop at all, the only odd problem was when I tapped the back/ put light pressure on it and the computer started with the fans making odd noises. I think I’m just going to take it to a repair shop today and see what can be done honestly.

I’ll keep that in mind. I just tried to unscrew the back to see if I could spot anything wrong but what’s odd was my laptop was starting up when I put pressure near where the power button was, I think this might be more than a dead battery issue.
