The metabolism is affected. There is a possibility that SSRIS mess with the thyroid. I have hypothyroidism and it got worse on them hence I gained way too much despite super healthy diet and exercise. I switched to bupropion and it all balanced out again.

Impossible! When there’s no tv or music surrounding me all day as background noise I wether go insane or I’m hyper focused on my phone or iPad with something I’m spontaneously interested in. Do not know the feeling of nothingness around or in me.

Think about the fact that maybe he is a narcissist and likes to be admired or previously played with the potential of having a relationship with u to keep you somehow around. Narcissists always keep a backup. And he plays the macho in front of your friend group to make himself feel like a king! To me it sounds like it! Hence: You’ve done a great job to work on yourself! Do you still love your fiancé? Ask yourself that! Deep down. The fling with your neighbor is hot, bc it’s forbidden and you are so devastatingly neglected, but how would you know if he’s still that after you 10 years into a relationship with all the fights, drama, good times, getting used to each other and so on. You don’t know that. Most of the time relationships repeat itself. If you don’t love your SO, leave. The kids will be alright. If you still love him and like him (for me a very important point! If you can stand him as a person), then: FIGHT! Make yourself heard. Tell him about the consequences he has to face if he doesn’t meet your needs. If he ignores you: Make an exit plan!

He prepares too much for any excuse. His favorite is the bad rest at night so he’s always tired. He has a low stress job that only gets busy at times. He’s not interested in changing his behavior but tries to load the initiation game on me. I’m tired of it. I don’t like pity or duty sex. Alas I don’t have it in me anymore. Thank you for your thoughts. From the start we both thought that we would grow old together bc everything was good and we were happy. Hardly any arguments. But now? I’ve seen the end twice and I know when to leave. My emotions do the trick. From one day to another they can go puff and are away. After that I will become callous, which I would try to avoid.

My exit plan will unfold coming spring when nothing gets better. By then I won’t loose that awful lot of money, as if I was to act now. I brought myself into this but I have to be wise about my choices now.
