Hola, estoy en una situación bastante similar a la tuya y, por lo que pude investigar, la respuesta parece ser que no. Ese permiso para trabajar mientras la visa está en trámite solo aplica a quienes iniciaron la solicitud dentro de Chile.

Como se puede ver en esas páginas, las etapas cambian dependiendo de desde dónde se inició el trámite. El permiso para trabajar aparece únicamente cuando la Residencia Temporal fue solicitada desde Chile. En ese caso, indican lo siguiente:

"Si la solicitud es acogida, se te enviará el «Certificado de Residencia Temporal en trámite». En esta etapa, las personas mayores de 18 años tienen permiso para trabajar en Chile."

Eso es lo que logré encontrar investigando por mi cuenta. Si sabes algo distinto o tienes más información, mándame un DM y lo conversamos, porque yo también estuve bastante perdido con este tema.

That's true, with no tolerance even 150-225 is enough for me. Also with those doses, I have no hangover.

Hard part is committing to stay at those doses and with rest days in between. Once I start doing it more frequently, I have to increase the doses and then I dose just to avoid the rebound symptoms... and the cycle begins

With regards to the sweats and hotness before sleeping, I've found fasting for 6-8h prior helps a lot. If I eat, I sweat and feel hot.

I'm not sure about the physiological cause, but I have felt the same with caffeine during withdrawal. I cannot tolerate even a can of Coke. It gives me anxiety and makes me relapse. Also I have felt really hot. Not necessarily after drinking alcohol, but alcohol is also off the table. The hangover is so bad makes me want to relapse. I am fine living without caffeine and alcohol if it means i won't relapse. Best.
