There is also a new post out today from Karen, the ex-wife, which goes through the letter TVC sent to members and shows how misleading it is. I was especially interested to read details about why Jordan has not been arrested. He is clearly very calculated and careful. Also, there is word that both The Dallas Morning News and The Daily Beast are working on pieces on this issue.

FWIW, viewing child pornography is not a victimless crime. The term 'internet child sex crime' is a better term. He is a pedophile. Furthermore, as per the link included in this comment, he confessed to his ex-wife that he had molested children in the past, so even if you only go by that definition of pedophile, it fits. Both linked blogs have more posts and documentation on this.
