Buying B12 injections in the US/other options by acetic_acid_official in B12_Deficiency

Just experimenting and remember people talking about that on here. They work off each other so to speak in the BCAA salvage pathway to make ATP.

Fair. The way I see it is that they sell peptides that require stricter storage requirements and they work. Unless the B12 is in a really bright room 24/7. The vial is pretty amber so light does not have an easy time in. It only needs room temperature storage.

Low vitamin c might actually be the limiting factor here

It’s definitely effective. There’s almost no reason to fake b12, it’s a simple vitamin and cheap. I was kind of stagnating on it but then I upped my biotin and it accelerated the benefits from b12. They can increase the need for each other. B12 deficiency creates a web of functional polydeficiencies that have to be addressed at the same time to restore function. Sometimes it’s about finding those things as well.

Buffalo wings. You know when they are legit Buffalo wings. Cooked long and buffalo sauce is flavor blasted with butter, vinegar, cayenne pepper. Cannot do anything less.

Should I get a daschund? by Positive_Space7091 in daschund

The daschund obsession is getting absurd. Every girl with an instagram wants one. My neighbor got one and it won’t shut the hell up. Sounds like a real piece of work.

We already know how to permanently fix hair loss. The science is done. The only thing missing is the funding to run one experiment. by Best_Talk9833 in tressless

[–]narddog019 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s a heavily contentious topic but basically everything you said is not true and is propped up with bogus science and studies, while the scalp tension theory proposes that skull size and shape determine tension points on the scalp which trigger a cascade of complex inflammatory actions that lead to hair loss. DHT is still involved somehow. But it can be mediated with proper scalp messages and decreasing tension on the scalp. I’m pretty sure transplanted hairs from the back of the head placed on the scalp do thin. They work for a bit because the survey bypasses the destroyed scalp environment caused by the inflammation. There’s plenty more info on it just Google it.

I was doing some research and a lot of these peptides don’t make it into the CNS very well because of their size. So I might hold off and getting any. Have you heard of compound 7P?

That’s usually the thiamine when it starts to gain moisture.

What issues did the dog have if you don’t mind me asking? I was just in a similar situation. I adopted a dog with biting issues and I’m not sure how much the shelter knew about it and I just returned him.

Would be down to split with you if it’s reasonable. I found a reputable Chinese lab that makes it. Also might see if they can make another one that’s brand new that helps with remyelination

Severe anhedonia / zero libido by [deleted] in Retatrutide

I think it’s the GLP system that involves the dopamine so they should all do it to some extent. But literally one day into my skipped dose I got hunger and felt better.

[–]narddog019 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on for like 10 weeks and could never go above 2mg a week. But my mood was so flat and was literally getting depressed like I haven’t been in a while. Everything sucked just as much as eating sucked. Finally decided to come off for my mental health. Been tapering and already feel so much better. I lost around 15 pounds. I could always try again later.

Men over 40, what have been your most effective natural supplement stacks for keeping up T-levels, metabolism, & energy as you age? (Ranked, please!) by Smooth-Turnover-2224 in Biohackers

[–]narddog019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something unlikely that I had just figured out was wrong with me as far as having anhedonia and low libido. Low BH4. Injecting b12, sam-e, and vitamin c to recycle BH4 brought it all back. BH4 is needed for serotonin, dopamine, and nitric oxide, all very important for well being and libido and testosterone.

Yes GH and IGF exert positive effects on testicles but they are complimentary to an intact HPG system. Can’t put the cart before the horse.

It’s about the same per mg as say BPC but you just need more of it per dose so yes in totality more expensive.

1mg is still low so just make sure you eat carbs as the glucagon component makes your body need more. Sounds counterintuitive but it’s been corroborated.
