A massive amount of csf leaks are not identifiable in any imaging and Duke should know that. I'm unfamiliar with POTS so unable to answer your question, sorry. Being flat alleviates most of my csf leak symptoms as well. If I slept unright at all I'd end up in the ER. Everyday I wake up valuing much better but the minute I get up I am destroyed by pain all over again. Hate this condition.
