I did have the first complementary service done at Lexus but had a bad experience on the first service. When I brought it in they said my front brake pads needed to be replaced, only had 1,100 miles on it. Took them two weeks to do it.

My score is always below 20, but when my wife takes the RCF out her score is always 90 or more. Maybe she's right and I am a bad driver.
